1PMSeafood Paella over Open Flame

Time: 01:00 PM - 1:30 PM

A tantalizing mix of trout, shrimp, chicken, Spanish chorizo, rice, peas and sofrito in a tomato base. Guests can also watch as the Chicago and Mexican raised Chef demos fresh berry cobbler.

Time: 02:00 PM - 02:30 PM

A twist on food you will find at a traditional southern outdoor affair – Fried Catfish and Redfish with crunchy hush puppies and jalapeno honey tartar sauce. Esquites, a delicious and hearty grilled corn salad. Guests can also watch as the Chicago and Mexican raised Chef demos fresh berry cobbler.
